Elunoku Privacy Policy

Overview

Elunoku is an offline-first Sudoku app designed to work without account registration or a custom backend.

Core gameplay data stays on your device. Elunoku uses Firebase Analytics for limited product analytics so Ascend Spark can understand feature usage and improve app reliability and usability.

Information We Collect

  • Game sessions, puzzle progress, notes, elapsed time, mistakes, hints, completed-game history, daily challenge records, achievements, theme choices, language, and gameplay settings stored locally on your device.
  • Limited app interaction events through Firebase Analytics, such as onboarding completion, game or daily challenge starts and completions, selected difficulty, hint usage, achievement unlocks, mistake counts, and broad duration buckets.
  • Technical app and device information that Firebase Analytics may process to provide analytics, such as app version, operating system, device category, locale, and an app-instance identifier.
  • Contact details and message content only when you voluntarily email Ascend Spark for support.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and preserve local Sudoku gameplay, settings, progress, statistics, and achievements.
  • Understand aggregate feature usage and improve onboarding, puzzle flows, hints, daily challenges, accessibility, and localization.
  • Respond to support requests and investigate reported issues.

Sharing and Third-Party Services

  • We do not sell personal information or Sudoku gameplay content.
  • Firebase Analytics, a Google service, processes limited analytics data on our behalf under Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
  • The current version does not include third-party advertising, in-app purchases, account-based cloud sync, or cross-app tracking.
  • When you choose the app's share action, the content you select is handled by the iOS share sheet and the destination service you choose. Elunoku does not share it automatically.

Retention

  • Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it through app behavior, reset or erase the device, or remove the app and its data.
  • Firebase Analytics data is retained according to the analytics configuration and Google's applicable retention practices.
  • Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain appropriate business records.

Your Choices and Rights

  • You can play the core game offline. Analytics delivery may be delayed or unavailable while the device is offline without preventing gameplay.
  • You can remove locally stored Elunoku data by deleting the app and its data from your device.
  • Because the current version has no account-based cloud profile, there is no Elunoku account to delete.
  • You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information contained in support communications you sent directly to us.

Children's Privacy

Elunoku is a general-audience puzzle app and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
